Please report any incidents or safety related concerns with our equipment, such as electricity lines, electricity cables, substations, trespass, or interference with our equipment, to us immediately on 0800 31 63 105 or 105.
Please treat electricity cables as live, stay away and call us. If you see electricity lines that are low, on the ground or causing significant risk to the public please call 999.

Installers working at a single household dwelling or single business premise, can now use our Smart Connect portal to raise requests or notify us of an installation.
